Every act of great suffering in history. Be it war, plague, slavery, or mass murder, was wished for.
And throughout history, one being has been there. Waiting to grant those wishes.
Mr. E, the Efreeti. A being forged of chaos, discord, and hellfire.
He thrives on the horror of the battlefield, the screams of the innocent, and the suffering of all.
Every wish he grants, be it large or small, is granted only to further his ultimate goal of global suffering.
